Visiting Us

Are you thinking of visiting us? You'll find everything you need to know here. Still have questions? Please get in touch.

Where do we meet?

We meet every Sunday, 10am at Goldington Academy, Haylands Way, Bedford, MK41 9BX and 7pm online on Zoom

There is ample parking on site, and once you have parked, follow the Hope Church signs to the side entrance of the school, where someone will be there to greet you.

We do not have a dress code, and everyone is welcome to join us.

What to expect at our services?

Our services usually last around 1 hr 15 minutes, and include:

Bible readings – bring a Bible if you have one, but don’t worry if not – we put the words up on a projector for everyone to read.

Prayers – we talk to God because he listens and answers our prayers.

Singing – a good mix of the best of the old and new Christian music

Every now and then - we find out what other Christians are doing locally and around the world

Kids talk - We have a simple talk for kids to understand the truths about God

A Bible talk – because we believe God has something to say to our lives today from the Bible.

Communion - On the first Sunday morning and third Sunday evening, to celebrate the friendship we have with God through Jesus’ death and resurrection.

There is free tea, coffee and biscuits (sometimes cake!!) after the service and time to chat.

Anything else I need to know?

We love that our church has the full range of ages in it, just like any family.

For families with young children:

There is a crèche for very young children and also smaller groups for children from 4-8yrs during the talk where they learn about the bible from a team of people who have a lot of experience working with children.

If you have limited mobility we can arrange transport to and from church and other events. If you have other specific needs, then get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.
